Towards flexible assessment -online course

Course overview

The aim of this course is to introduce different assessment methods and offer you insights on assessment through videos, articles and assignments.  The course is a self-study course to be completed in your own schedule. 

You can choose to complete 1 or 2 cr based on the amount of assignments. 


Course is applicable to everyone interested in assessment. No prerequisities. PED-131.1000 A!Peda Intro (5cr) is recommended.

After the course

  • You have acquainted yourself with different types of assessment methods and have formed your own approach to assessment.

  • You are familiar with the opportunities and challenges different assessment methods bring to assessment in higher education.

  • You can choose appropriate assessment methods aligned with the course learning outcomes in order to support learning and teaching practices.
