Pedagogical training: Open Networked Learning, in English, elective course, enrolment period until 2.2.2021
Open Networked Learning (ONL211) spring 2021
ONL is an online course about online pedagogy (collaborative learning, open online learning & digital learning spaces) that is organised by four Swedish universities. The course is organised two times a year, one in spring and one in autumn. Course continues for 12 weeks each time.
Usually ca. 6 course participants are selected to each course from each (educational) institution that belongs to the ONL network. Aalto University is part of ONL network.
Visible on the ONL website. The course is not created or organised by Aalto University, but instead utilizes open tools and resources, and ONL course's practicalities.
In principle, the first 6 people, who register for this course, will be accepted to participate. However, persons accepted to the Aalto Tenure or Lecture Track are prioritized. Post doctoral researchers and postgraduate students are accepted into the course if there are places left.
In this case, those who have teaching duties, are prioritized. So, please fill in the enrollment form carefully.
Schedule in the spring 2021
The course starts 22nd February and runs over 12 weeks.
This course demands ca. 10 hours of work weekly, including peer group meetings and individual work. This course corresponds to 5 ECTS credits.
