Aalto Wellbeing Week Body & Mind workout
Our body language speaks much louder than our words. When was the last time you paid attention to how you ”resonate” with yourself and others? How are you ’being’ in your body on a day to day basis? An endless stream of thoughts sounds familiar? What about the rest of it - the area below your eyebrows? Finish your Aalto Well-being week by tuning in to yourself and winding down for the weekend.
In this Friday afternoon bodywork session we’ll take a look at body alignment basics i.e. posture and breathing patterns. The intention is to understand the basic principles and take them into practice so that we can navigate through life with minimum wear and tear. Our daily micro-decisions and actions make a huge difference in the long run for the good - and the bad. Which path are you willing to take?
The theory session is followed by an entry level yoga class that finishes in a balancing final relaxation. Gently letting go of the working week and voilá: you are all set for the weekend. Come exactly as you are, no experience or flexibility needed.
The class is suitable and beneficial for everyone who is still alive - also men are warmly welcome to join. Bring yourself and comfy, easy-to-move clothes.
