Work Psychology and Leadership

The Work Psychology and Leadership group investigates leadership and human activities in operative organizations, their development and change management. Studies concern leadership and middle management, knowledge in industrial operative organizations, reward strategies and practices, evaluation based pay systems as well as well-being at work.

The research of our group focuses on three different but dependent areas:

Research Program of Rewarding since 1996

The Research on Reward Practices Program at the Aalto University, has cooperated with over 150 companies and organizations in Finland from year 1996 in order to develop and evaluate their reward practices.
