Requesting rectification to the admission decision, Bachelor’s programmes in English 2023
The right of appeal means that the applicant has the possibility to request for rectification if she/he believes that there has been an error in the decision-making process.
The right of appeal is not intended as means for receiving feedback or asking for further information about the application process. For further information on his/her admission decision, the applicant can contact Aalto University Admission Services.
A written appeal should be submitted to the university within 14 days of the publication of the results. The appeal must be received by the university by the given deadline.
The appeal must specify the subject matter of the appeal as well as the grounds for it. The appeal should contain the personal data of the applicant and be signed either by the applicant or her/his authorised representative.
The admission decisions are based on the information the applicant has delivered to Aalto University by the given application deadline.
No appeal may be lodged against a university decision pertaining to a scholarship.
The decisions for Aalto University admissions for Bachelor’s programmes in English will be published by 2June 2023 at the latest.
The letter of appeal must be submitted to the Registry of Aalto University at the latest by 16 June 2023 at 15.00 (3pm, EEST) email to [email protected].

The letter of appeal must be received by Aalto University Registry by the given deadline.
The letter of appeal must be directed to the Dean of the School in question (for example: The Dean, School of Business).
Appeals will be processed as soon as possible after the appeal period has ended.
