Aalto Science Institute

Challenges in large geometric structures and big data

Aalto University/Aki-Pekka Sinikoski

Overall goals

  • Develop mathematical methods capable of handling today's applications at the intersection of  geometry algebra and combinatorics.
  • Understand large scale social dynamics from data such as from social networks, citations, telecom.
  • Catalyze interactions between local researchers.
