Seminar on Analysis of Research Ideas
30.08.2010 / 14:00 - 16:00
Aalto University and Idea Puzzle organize the 1st edition of the seminar ‘Analysis of Research Ideas’. The seminar is led by Professor Ricardo Morais.
OverviewAccording to experts, the phase of higher uncertainty in a research project is the analysis of research ideas (e.g. Cooper 2008). Idea Puzzle® free non downloadable software reduces research uncertainty thanks to 21 questions about a research idea. The 21 questions are a new synthesis of scientific method which is published internationally (Morais 2010a, 2010b; Morais et al. 2009). This seminar explains the 21 questions and respective answers as iterative decisions in a research project. The acquired competencies can be applied in the generation, planning, and evaluation of research as well as in the learning and teaching of scientific method.
