Bootcamp DemoDay and Graduation

On October First, the Bootcamp teams will demonstrate what they have accomplished during their intense Bootcamp session. They are Finland’s next potential investment. The teams will do their final pitch in front of a crowd of investor, angels and a panel of judges who will pick the winner of Bootcamp. The prize is a trip to Silicon Valley, 5000 Euros, office space and exclusive coaching.
Joe Wilson, Microsoft’s Western Europe Sr. Director of Developer and Platform Group will keynote the event with the title “The Power of Students”.
What is Bootcamp?
BootCamp is an intensive two week training program run four times a year for best startup teams from around the Baltic rim, it is supported by Aalto University. It is a chance to develop and test your idea and team with experienced coaches.

Prior to Microsoft, Joe was a successful entrepreneur managing a series of start-up companies. He most recently worked as Vice President of Anark Corporation where he lead the international marketing, distribution, partnerships and sales efforts of an innovative real time 3D technology platform focusing on designers and developers in the entertainment, gaming, and advertising industries. Previously, Joe served as Senior Director of Tactical Marketing Ventures, a boutique-marketing firm that focused on launching technology products for Fortune 500 and venture backed companies into competitive markets.
