Aalto University Executive Education (Aalto EE) offers high-quality executive development services supported by the competence of Aalto University. Aalto EE was created in 2010 by a merger of HSE Executive Education and TKK Executive School of Business.

Aalto MBA and Aalto EMBA programmes hold three most respected business university accreditations (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA).

Aalto MBA

The Aalto MBA programme is designed for managers in middle and higher management positions who want to achieve an MBA without putting their careers on hold. Fellow MBA students come from diverse nationalities and academic backgrounds. Many hold degrees in engineering, business administration, law or science and they typically have 4 to 12 years of work experience.

The Aalto MBA Programme has a flexible modular structure, which allows you to tailor the content to your specific learning targets. Each course, which lasts for two weeks, is taught by a professor from Aalto University or a visiting faculty member from the world's leading business schools. Serving as a great resources and mentors, our faculty has a wide range of experience and a strong focus on their students.

Aalto Executive MBA

The Aalto Executive MBA Programme is tailored for qualified business people with already strong management experience. The Programme is specifically focused on strategy and leadership from an executive perspective while covering also all essential areas of management like marketing and finance. During the Aalto EMBA Programme you will discover new strengths while working with some thirty other outstanding individuals and our unique academic team. The modular structure allows you to combine studies flexibly with work and private life. The duration of the programme is 20 months.
