Aalto University Executive Education (Aalto EE) offers though provoking executive education and leadership development services globally: customized solutions, MBA & DBA programmes, and open enrollment programmes.  

Aalto EE offers MBA programmes currently in Finland, Singapore, Poland, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia and Iran. The programmes hold the ’Triple Crown’ of accreditations, granted to only 0.5% of world’s business schools: AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS.

Aalto MBA

The Aalto MBA programme is a life-changing option for talented people who want to broaden their career prospects and challenge themselves in a creative and innovative way.  

The programme is designed to provide students with a wide understanding of the different key areas of business. Students can select electives in three areas of concentration: Applied Finance and Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Innovation or Renewal and Transformation. The flexible programme structure allows participants to work full-time during their MBA studies.

The Aalto MBA is a two-year programme starting once a year in January. Fellow MBA students come from diverse nationalities and academic backgrounds. Many hold degrees in engineering, business administration, law or science; they typically have 4 to 12 years of work experience.

Aalto Executive MBA

The Aalto Executive MBA (EMBA) is a globally renowned programme for executives and leaders. The programme is designed around the four major areas of strategy, leadership, finance and marketing, with a special emphasis on strategy and leadership in a global context. Strategy is approached from a variety of perspectives with an emphasis on inventive strategies and novel business models. Leadership covers a range of themes from self-leadership to leading and inspiring others.

The Aalto EMBA programme starts once a year in February and can be completed in 21 months. The programme is designed for individuals with significant professional work experience, typically 14 years or more.

The Aalto EMBA is currently ranked 61st in the Financial Times’ annual global ranking of EMBA programs – the most prestigious of its kind. More than 3,000 EMBA programmes are currently offered around the world, with only the top 100 making it into the Financial Times' ranking.

Aalto Executive DBA

The Aalto Executive Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) is a structured, doctoral-level programme for experienced individuals who wish to merge professional practice with theoretical perspectives to discover novel insights. The programme has both real world significance and academic rigor and focuses both on the relevance to the employer and the professional development of the candidate.

The duration of the individually planned programme is from three to six years. There is no deadline for the Aalto Executive DBA applications, rolling intake is applied.
