Research support services
Aalto Research Support Services provides it’s customers with services related to obtaining and managing external research funding:
- Grant Scouting Services: identifying sources of funding for research; guidance on the preparation of research proposals, costing, pricing and budgets
- Grant Writing services: profound cooperation in application/proposal writing
- Grant Advising Services: guidance on costing, pricing and budgets; advice and consultation in administrative implementation of the projects.
- Legal Services, Information services: legal support and advice to research projects, especially in matters relating to research contracts and commercialization of research results, and information services relating to applications and contracts.
Unit’s customers are Aalto’s researchers, project managers, department leaders, professors and university management. Unit provides services also to Laurea and Metropolia Universities of Applied Sciences.
IPR-services to arts universities are provided together with Finnish Academy of Fine Arts, Theatre Academy and Sibelius-Academy.
