Lic.Sc. (Tech.) Juha Sorva will defend the dissertation “Visual Program Simulation in Introductory Programming Education” on 30 May 2012. The dissertation formulates and evaluates a pedagogical technique for supporting beginners as they learn foundational concepts and skills of computer programming.
