Current trends in EU chemical regulations

The official regulations and voluntary eco-labels as well as general opinion are major drivers of  product design in the chemical industry. This 2 day intensive course will present views into current regulatory trends and environmental indicators and their reflections in chemical product R&D. Consumer and NGO perceptions are also discussed.  
 
The course comprises of a miniseminar and a workshop. Registration to the course by 6.9. 2010 (elina.kahkonen@tkk.fi). The miniseminar 14.9. is open for all.

Credits: KE -30.6020 L, 2 ECTS, requirements for completion of the course include 1) compulsory lecture attendance and 2) group assignments to be completed during the course.
