Armi Tiihonen, M.Sc.(Tech.), will defend the dissertation "Lifetime analysis of dye and perovskite solar cells" on 6 April 2018 at 12 noon at the Aalto University School of Science. In the dissertation, aging mechanisms of dye and perovskite solar cells were investigated and methods for suppressing the mechanisms were developed for increasing the lifetime of the cells. The quality of aging tests in the recent literature was analyzed and urgent improvements were suggested for the research field.
