Defence of dissertation in the field of engineering physics, Dipl. Phys. Christian Rauch
04.05.2012 / 13:00
Dipl. Phys. Christian Rauch will defend the dissertation “Defect studies in n-type indium nitride” on 4 May 2012. Indium nitride is a promising material for next generation opto-electronic devices, but lack of control over its defect properties still limits its full application. In this thesis, positron annihilation spectroscopy is used to investigate the identity and role of dominant vacancy-type defects in the material.
