M. Sc. (Tech.) Mikko Valorinta will defend the dissertation “Socio-cognitive perspectives on IT-enabled change in organizations” on May 4th, 2012. The dissertation examines the role of IT in organizational change processes. The study demonstrates how organizational power relations, competences, and governance models can both drive as well as impede IT-enabled change in organizations.
