Our mission is to help Aalto students to find employment swiftly and easily by acting as a link between our students and employers, by enhancing the students' professional skills and by providing them with information on placements and statistics.

Services for employers - getting in touch with students
We help you to reach and recruit Aalto students. You can advertise vacancies on our popular online job board Aalto CareerWeb for students of business, technology and art and design.
We coordinate and arrange on and off-campus recruitment events and organize annual recruitment and contact fairs in November. ARENA Career Fair takes place in the School of Economics and Talent IT Career Fair on Otaniemi campus.
