Töölö Towers
Töölö Towers is part of the housing services provided by Aalto University. Owned by Aalto University together with the University of Helsinki, Töölö Towers are designed to accommodate incoming international researchers and other guests from a week to a maximum of six months. Töölö Towers are centrally located in the city of Helsinki at Pohjoinen Hesperiankatu 23 A, close to the Töölö Campus of Aalto University. There is an easy access to the Otaniemi Campus via a near-by Kamppi Bus Terminal and to the Arabia Campus via tram.
Töölö Towers consists of 178 furnished rooms/apartments varying from single rooms and small apartments with own kitchen facilities to terraced house. Shared cooking facilities are found on every floor.
Price range is 302,5-502,5 € / week and 766-2226 € / month for one person. Breakfast and weekly cleaning including a change of bed linen are included in the price. Extra person fee including breakfast is 49€/week and 170€/month.

Aalto Inn- Aalto University's researcher hotel at Otaniemi
Aalto Inn - Aalto University's researcher hotel provides 52 furnished high class entry-level accommodation primarily for new international staff members and visitors. Lenght of stay 1 day- 6 months.
Aalto Inn is conveniently located at the Otaniemi campus, just next to Radisson Blu hotel. Address is Otaranta 4.
The building has 52 flats, ranging from 29.5 to 82 m2 in size. The majority, 25, are one-bedroom flats, with 22 studios and 5 one-bedroom + loft with sofa bed flats. All the flats come with a well-equipped kitchen, basic furnishings and a stylish bathroom. All the floors have communal lounge areas with an open view over Laajalahti Bay. A laundry room is in communal use.
The rent of a studio flats vary between 870-900 euro per month (incl. services and VAT). Rents of one-bedroom flats vary between 960-1140 euro per month.
Most of the studio flats are reserved for researchers on short visits lasting from a couple of days up to a week with the price being determined based on a rate lower than the usual daily or weekly price in hotels.
The rent includes cleaning and the change of linen once a week as well as a broadband connection and television channels without extra charge. Parking spaces are available if necessary.

Anttikorppi Halls of Residence
Anttikorppi Halls of Residence (formerly known as CIMO halls of residence) provides furnished rooms in shared apartments mainly for international students. (Good options for e.g. PhD students!). Anttikorppi Halls of Residence is located at district of Koskela, Helsinki. It is close to Aalto University´s Arabia Campus, and has good public transportation connections to both Töölö and Otaniemi Campus as well.
Rent of the rooms is 420€/month. No deposit is required.

Foundation for student Housing in the Helsinki, HOAS has a Guest Room service for researchers, students, and other people who need temporary accommodation.
