Human resource strategy for researchers
Aalto University is taking part in a project which supports the implementation of our HR strategy. Project is called HRS4R, Human Resources Strategy for Researchers.
More information on HRS4R-project (ec.europa.eu). The HRS4R-project is part of EURAXESS Rights initiative by European Commission. The European Commission has awarded “HR Excellence in Research" -logo to Aalto University as the first university in Finland. The logo "HR Excellence in Research" identifies Aalto University as provider and supporter of a stimulating and favourable working environment.
EURAXESS Rights aims at better employment and working conditions for researchers throughout Europe, thereby helping to enhance the attractiveness of European research careers. One of the cornerstones of EURAXESS Rights is the implementation of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, guided by the Human Resource Strategy for Researchers.
