How to apply
We have a clear and standardized recruitment process run by a Departmental Tenure Track Committee set for the purpose.
Usually candidates are asked to deliver the following documents when applying for a position or promotion:
- Curriculum Vitae - Example of CV (pdf)
- List of publications (with the most significant publications highlighted) and/or artistic portfolio
- A research statement describing their past research and plans for future research and/or similar for artistic activities
- Teaching portfolio - Teaching competence guidelines for candidate (pdf), Comprehensive assessment of teaching competence
The list of documents can vary depending on the standards of the discipline; always check the advertisement for the exact details about the required documentation and submitting the application. It is also recommended to check the evaluation criteria against which the application merits are evaluated. All material should be submitted in English.
The most potential applicants are selected to the second stage of the application process. The selected applicants can be asked to supplement their application and the applications are reviewed by the Departmental Committee, as well as external experts. Our process includes always a site visit with candidate interviews, teaching demonstration and meetings with possible future colleagues.
